Obama's 3/5 Compromise

Hillary wants every vote to count.  Obama now says they can count half the votes in Florida and Michigan.  Rush has suggested they may reach a 3/5th's compromise before it's over.  This, he says, would be in keeping with the Democratic Party's historical traditions ...
