ATTENTION VETERANS!!!: Day: Friday, July 11, 2008 through Wednesday, December 31, 2008; Location: Philadelphia, PENNSYLVANIA; The Director of the Governor's Veteran's Outreach and Assistance Center, Mr. Ronald Pennypacker will be available on various days, at the Veterans Resource Center, 801 Arch St., (call to confirm date) between 10am and 2pm. He'll also be at The Vet Center, 101 East Olney Ave., between 10am and 2pm on Friday, July 11 -- call to confirm and for specific future dates. He will provide assistance with disability claims, records/medals replacement, and assistance with job search. For veterans who qualify, he can make applications for the Cold War Recognition Certificate (active duty service anytime between the dates of Sept. 2, 1945 and Dec 26, 1991).
