He oversaw the firm’s creative services and direct mail practices and provided account service for many of the firm’s political and corporate clients. His print and electronic media products have been recognized with Communicator and Pollie Awards and have been featured in Campaigns and Elections magazine. Marshall also created award-winning promotional brochures and print materials for major corporations and planned and executed successful communications campaigns for the firm’s clients.

Previously, Marshall was a Senior Account Executive for Persuasion, Inc., directing media production, direct mail creation, and consulting services for clients in Kentucky, Virginia, and Michigan. Prior to joining Persuasion, Inc., Marshall was an Account Executive for a national Republican media-consulting firm based in Alexandria, Virginia. Marshall has also managed state legislative and Congressional campaigns.

Marshall contributes a number of blogs, including On Tap (http://www.ontapblog.com), Confirm Them (http://www.confirmthem.com), an on-line forum that advocates for the confirmation of President Bush’s judicial nominees.
