Aw: Soldier Surprises Children At Sacramento Kings Game

There are few things I love more than surprise military homecoming videos, and this one doesn't disappoint. Austin and Brooke Sullivan thought they had been picked to participate in an in-game promotion at the Sacramento Kings.

The two were brought down to the court, blindfolded, and told to try to follow the crowd's directions and make their way to the Kings' mascot, Slamson the Lion. The crowd cheered, as Slamson held a sign saying "Dad is home!"

Instead of finding the mascot, the children found their dad, Army Sgt. Shawn Sullivan, who has been in Afghanistan for the last nine months. Sgt. Sullivan is home for the holidays, and I think it's pretty safe to say he just gave Austin and Brooke the best present ever.

Watch the video below: (Get the tissues ready.)

Welcome home, Sgt. Sullivan! Thank you for your service.
