Consider briefly how many times you have seen news reports about Donald Trump causing a stir because he was defying gag orders, both those real and imagined. Well, the same press that expressed outrage over his actions are seen to be guilty of the same.
The judge in the New York Trial has condemned the media for disclosing details about the individuals who comprise the Trump jury – and what do you know – they do not seem to care. A number of the broadcast networks and many print outlets have been delivering particulars of the members. Perhaps the worst offended has been Politico, as it delivered specifics live, during the vetting process in court.

Despite his fable involving cannibalism, it turns out that President Silver Alert still has not lied.
We all remember fondly how frequently the press loved to declare Donald Trump told a lie. In the Biden era, there is a list that is nearly as long of the euphemisms the press has come up with to describe Joe Biden not lying.
For the latest, we had the deeply bizarre tale Joe wove of an uncle whose plane crashed in the war and was eaten by cannibals. The military has since come out to say that, in fact, the plane experienced dual engine failure and took a nose dive in the ocean.
The AP took a look at this completely crackpot retelling by Biden and came up with an explanation:

When the frat house takes over the HOA, things become hilarious.
For years, we have sat back and watched as ESPN turned toward more and more woke content, as its ratings eroded perpetually. Then we saw a turn last year when amidst mounting layoffs that dumped longtime on-air talent, the network doled out a huge sum of cash to bring in the high-energy host Pat McAfee. It has been a sign of how successful McAfee's show has been that he has endured the "controversy" of Aaron Rodgers daring to voice anti-vaccine talk (GASP!), and Pat was even instrumental in getting the established executive Norby Williamson pushed out.
Now, it is becoming quite clear that McAfee feels he can operate with near impunity, as he has called out an extensive and deeply reported piece about former New England Head Coach Bill Belichick. In a piece from three reporters – Don Van Natta Jr., Seth Wickersham and Jeremy Fowler – they looked into the curious matter of the six-time Super Bowl-winning coach not seeming to be able to land a new job this off-season.
On his show, McAfee called out the piece directly and disputed many of the details contained therein, and he and his co-hosts were picking apart other aspects. This is remarkable to see, considering in the past we have seen other talent at the network being called to the carpet for not voicing the proper corporate party lines. For McAfee to be able to criticize an ESPN product this extensively shows he has the juice the network will not take action.

Getting in on the idiotic outrage over the salaries paid to the WNBA players is CBS News. This brings up yet another question the networks refuse to ask while they ask why the women earn paltry paychecks. The NBA television rights contracts run into the billions of dollars. The last TV deal signed with the WNBA – involving the Ion Network – comes in at an annual rate of about $13 million.
So the new question becomes: Why does CBS Sports not pay out hundreds of millions of dollars to broadcast the women's games? We – and the network – already know this answer.

Of course, this still becomes an admission the subject is disastrous for Biden.
The reality of the economy and the press coverage have yet to meet. In the latest example of desperate reframing, we have Stephanie Ruhle grappling with the harsh reality that high gas prices continue to impact the country and bedevil Biden's reelection bid.
But Steffie has an explanation: This is all a devious plot by the Saudis and Vladimir Putin to get Trump elected.
Of course, Putin needing the fuel for his own military is not a consideration – nor is the fact that Putin has come out to say he prefers if Biden wins. Nah…this is all just a huge gasoline plot against Joe. Which means – it is a serious election issue for Joe.
