A sore right leg will keep Penn State coach Joe Paterno in the press box for the No. 6 ranked Nittany Lions' game at Wisconsin on Saturday night. The 81-year-old Paterno moved upstairs for the Nittany Lions' win last week over Purdue after spending the entire victory the previous week over Illinois on the field. The injury occurred while Paterno was demonstrating an onside kick at practice the week before the season opener against Coastal Carolina. Coincidentally, Paterno also was injured the last time the Nittany Lions visited Camp Randall Stadium. Paterno tore ligaments in his left knee in a sideline collision with a player at Wisconsin in 2006. |
